In 2005, Thérèse Léa Ncliaye arrived from Senegal to continue her studies at the University of Corté, in Corsica, and then in Paris, where she began a course in accounting and financial auditing as well as management control, and then all the stages leading to the diploma of chartered accountant and statutory auditor. Alongside this long and demanding 8-year course, she built up a wealth of professional experience, in organisations of very different sizes and profiles. She spent her first two years in a firm on a human scale, where she developed a close relationship with managers and acquired a cross-functional vision of projects. At the other end of the scale, her latest experience opened up new horizons for her, on the scale of a multinational with several thousand employees.
